Items That Effect Lubrication

DIRT Particulate contamination destroys bearings, bushings, seals and leads to equipment breakdown. Dirt and water together comprise the greatest threat to oil.

WATER High saturated relative humidity (SRH) levels damage bearings and equipment. If you have humidity, you have water in your equipment.

HEAT Negatively affects the viscosity of oil. Heat accelerates the degradation of oil and lowers equipment lifespan.

PRESSURE Pressure buildup, clogged exhaust can compromise the integrity of your system, causing leakage and hurting lubricant performance.

Knowing what to do can increase the lifespan of your equipment. You can remedy a lot of problems or potential problems by having the right information. Having the right information saves you money.
